The HoldX RS process interlock with 600N holding force is designed for safely securing hinged doors, sliding doors and removable machine guarding in industrial applications. With its strong electromagnetic lock and built-in uniquely coded RFID safety sensor (reloadable), this system offers a high degree of reliability and tamper resistance.

The HoldX RS is distinguished by its durability and wear-insensitive design. Optionally, a permanent magnet of 0-50N can be set, preventing unintentional opening of the door. This feature is easily adjustable via the free Bluetooth app or desktop software. In addition, the magnetic flux level is continuously measured, allowing early detection of contamination or wear.

The latch has a large alignment tolerance and a fast response time of only 75 ms. Diagnosis and status information are readily available via Bluetooth and through the built-in LED indicator. Thanks to the 8-pin M12 connector with 200 mm pig-tail cable, installation is easy and reliable.

The HoldX RS can be used in series connection up to 30 units without loss of safety level, thanks to the OSSD contacts. With this, the process interlock meets the highest safety categories: PLe according to EN ISO 13849-1 and SIL 3 according to EN 62061. In accordance with EN ISO 14119:2013, the HoldX RS is considered a high-coded switch.

The combination of high holding force of 600N, flexible diagnostic capabilities and robust design makes the HoldX RS ideally suited as a process interlock on machines with no lead time, where process interruptions must be prevented.
