Intense Bar with Multifunctional LED Lighting

The Pfannenberg Intense Bar is an RGB LED status indicator designed for clear visual indication of machine and process statuses in industrial environments. Its multi-colour LED technology allows a single signalling device to display red, yellow, green, blue, and white, enabling different operating states, warnings, and process conditions to be indicated using one compact indicator.

A full-surface diffuse LED light surface provides homogeneous 360° visibility, allowing the machine status to be recognised from different viewing positions. The robust construction combines an impact-resistant, splinter-free polycarbonate diffuser with an aluminium housing, making it suitable for demanding industrial applications.

The Intense Bar is designed for straightforward machine integration. Front mounting with M6 cylinder screws makes the unit particularly suitable for installation on T-slot profile systems, while an M12 connection simplifies electrical integration into the machine control system. The Intense Bar is available in different sizes to meet varying installation and visibility requirements.

For applications requiring communication and additional configuration capabilities, an IO-Link version is optionally available. IO-Link enables parameters such as signal colours, flashing frequencies, signalling modes, and brightness to be configured through a compatible automation system.
