Intense BR 50 signal tower 3 LED modules direct mounting

The Intense BR 50 3-module is a pre-configured LED signal tower from Pfannenberg. This version consists of three light modules in green (bottom), yellow (middle), and red (top) and is suitable for clear status, warning, and fault signaling on machines and installations.

The combination of a green, yellow, and red LED module allows for clear visual differentiation between, for example, normal operating status, warning, and error or alarm conditions. The powerful LED technology ensures high light intensity and good visibility, even in industrial environments with ambient light. The slim design with a 54 mm diameter makes integration onto machines and control cabinets simple.

The signal tower has a modular design and is suitable for indoor and outdoor applications. In this version, the tower features an IP65 protection rating, providing protection against dust and water jets. The 100 mm mounting base increases visibility and ensures stable attachment to equipment. The BR 50 series supports continuous or flashing signaling depending on the LED version used and is designed for reliable operation within an operating temperature range of −25 °C to +55 °C. This makes this pre-assembled 3-stage version immediately deployable within industrial applications where clear visual signaling is required.

Within the Intense BR 50 line, multiple configurations are possible, including additional light modules, flashing or strobe modules, acoustic modules (up to 5 modules on one tower), and various mounting options such as direct mounting or mounting with a tube or wall bracket.
