Intense Dome 50 with Built-in LED Lighting

The Pfannenberg Intense Dome 50 is a compact multi-colour RGB LED status indicator designed for clear visual indication of machine and process status. A single device can display red, yellow, green, blue, and white, allowing different operating states to be communicated using one signalling device.

The Intense Dome 50 features a full-surface diffuse LED light surface that provides homogeneous 360° visibility with high visual prominence. Its compact installation format makes the device suitable for applications with limited mounting space without compromising visual status indication.

The electrical connection is made via an M12 connector, enabling quick integration into compatible machine and automation systems. The standard Intense Dome 50 operates at a rated voltage of 24 V DC, with an operating range of 21–27 V DC and a current consumption of 0.040 A.

For applications requiring additional communication and configuration capabilities, an IO-Link version is optionally available. The optional Intense Dome 50 IO-Link enables parameterization of colours, flashing frequencies, signalling modes, and brightness. This version operates at 24 V DC, with an operating range of 21–30 V DC and a current consumption of 0.085 A.
