MS7-SS Magnetic safety sensor | 3 Meter cable | Open end | stainless steel

Mechan Controls’ MAGNASAFE MS7 stainless steel sensor is a magnetically coded, non-contact safety switch for monitoring hinged doors, sliding doors and removable machine guarding in industrial applications without guard interlocks.

Thanks to its coded magnet, the MS7 is tamper-resistant. Non-contact operation with a minimum switching distance of 7 mm and high alignment tolerance ensures a long, trouble-free service life.

The non-contact switch and actuator are fully sealed to IP67 and IP69K in a rugged stainless steel housing and suitable for use in contaminated or wet environments, where easy cleaning is required.

The MS7 is easy to mount and can be used in combination with a suitable safety controller in systems up to PLe (according to EN ISO 13849-1) and SIL 3 (according to EN 62061).
