The Troax coated posts is a sturdy and versatile solution for mounting machine guard panels. With a width of 40 mm, depth of 60 mm and a height of 2200 mm, this post provides a stable base for various industrial applications. The 159 x 118 mm welded base plate provides a robust construction and makes the posts suitable for heavy loads.

The post comes in gray (RAL 7037) and is fully compatible with all types of Troax machine guard panels. A cover cap, two SmartFix brackets, mounting hardware and M10x80 floor anchors are included as standard, allowing for quick and safe assembly. When disassembled, the mounting hardware remains fixed in the guard, making it easy to move and reuse the parts.

Depending on the type of Troax panel, this posts has been tested for impact resistance of up to 2,100 joules. This high level of resistance guarantees reliable protection against heavy loads and external forces. In addition, the posts can be easily shortened to the desired height or extended using a coupler or Smart Splice, making them flexible in different configurations, please contact one of our sales engineers.
