PRO 10 SIL 12-48V DC acoustic signal generator

The PRO 10 SIL is a powerful acoustic signal generator (116 dB) developed for safety-related industrial applications. Applications where functional reliability and clear sound warnings are essential. With sound pressure levels ranging from 86 dB to 116 dB, it provides effective acoustic coverage even in noisy or large-scale environments. Users can choose from 80 different tones, 3 of which are externally selectable. A pre-alarm function enables two-stage warning with a reduced sound level. This prevents startle reactions and supports safe operator behavior. The PRO 10 SIL is equipped with an impact-resistant aluminum housing and offers protection according to IP66/IP67 and IK09, making the acoustic signal generator suitable for harsh industrial conditions. The no-loss seals and screws design simplifies installation and maintenance and significantly reduces cabling and assembly time. The signal generator is available in versions for AC and DC supply voltages and an ATEX version. It has a wide operating temperature range of -40 °C to +50 °C and is EAC-compliant. This makes the PRO 10 SIL deployable in a variety of industrial environments and international projects.
