RSSG-SS RFID uniquely coded safety sensor with 3 meter cable

This RFID uniquely coded, non-contact safety sensor is designed for monitoring hinged doors, sliding doors and removable machine guarding in applications without guard interlocks. This sensor is made of stainless steel 316 and is suitable for outdoor applications, applications with hygiene requirements and other situations where high corrosion resistance is required. In combination with a suitable safety controller, the sensor is applicable in PLe according to EN ISO 13849-1 and SIL 3 according to EN 62061. Thanks to the unique RFID coding, the sensor is protected against manipulation and falls under high-coded according to EN ISO 14119:2013.

The sensor is equipped with 2NO + 1NC contacts. The RFID switch is equipped with volt-free contacts, leaving you free to choose the safety relay or safety controller. The switching capacity is 3 A at 24 V DC and 230 V AC. Through the diagnostic interface with overhanging dual color LED, status and faults are quickly visible during commissioning and maintenance.

Both the switch and actuator are fully sealed to IP67 and IP69K, suitable for demanding industrial environments and easy cleaning. Installation is easy, while electrical performance matches modern safety controllers. This safety sensor comes complete with actuator.
