The STPC polycarbonate panel 2050 x 1000 mm is a high-quality solution for industrial machine guarding where both safety and visibility of the production area are essential. The panel has a height of 2050 mm and is suitable for a system height of 2200 mm, including a clear floor clearance of 150 mm.

The construction consists of a robust 30 x 20 mm tube profile with a powder-coated finish in black RAL (9005). The frame is fitted with a 3 mm thick polycarbonate panel, which is securely fastened with screws from the inside. This construction makes the panel particularly strong and impact resistant, enabling it to withstand heavy loads and long-term use in demanding industrial environments.

An additional guard width of 60 mm must be taken into account when installing when adding posts. The panel is fully compatible with Troax posts and includes clear “Follow Me” assembly instructions, ensuring quick and error-free installation. When disassembled, the mounting hardware remains in the guard, making relocation or reuse easy.

Combined with the Troax Smart Fix system and posts, this polycarbonate panel has been tested for impact resistance up to 1600 joules. This Troax panel provides reliable protection and prevents unwanted access to hazardous areas and meets the requirements of the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.
