This USRP Solid Panel measuring 2200 x 1000 mm is designed for industrial machine guarding and meets the requirements of the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. The panel has a height of 2200 mm, making it suitable for full guard height applications with no clear floor clearance.

The panel is constructed from a steel plate 0.7 mm thick, welded to a sturdy 19 x 19 mm tube profile. This ensures a high degree of stability and durability. When installing, an additional guard width of 60 mm should be taken into account when adding a posts.

The surface finish consists of a powder-coated layer in gray (RAL 7037), which provides a neat appearance and good protection against wear and corrosion. The panel is also fully compatible with Troax posts and can be easily integrated into existing or new machine guarding systems.

Combined with Troax posts, this Solid Panel has been tested for impact resistance up to 1000 joules. This Troax panel provides reliable protection and prevents unwanted access to hazardous areas.

These panels are not suitable for use in damp areas or outdoors.
